Spitfire is a special-edition design sold within the Victoria England family. Aranda currently lists the product but does not provide a design-specific history beyond the broader Victoria England story. Historical exhibition material records Basotho blankets commemorating the donation of a Spitfire aircraft after Basotholand contributed funds for aircraft during the Second World War; we should not state that this current edition is that commemorative design without stronger primary confirmation.
