Refunds & Returns

  1. Prior Authorization & Returns
    All returns must be authorised in advance. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

  2. Defects, Non-conformity & Statutory Rights
    Returns will be accepted for goods that:

    • are materially defective;

    • do not match the description, sample or specifications; or

    • fail to meet the implied warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act (i.e. not durable, not of acceptable quality).

    In these lawful cases, you may request repair, replacement, or refund, at your choice, and we may not charge unfair extra costs.

  3. Condition of Returned Goods
    Goods accepted for return should be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, with all accessories and documentation intact, unless the return is for defect or non-conformity.
  4. Return Shipping & Costs

    • For returns due to defects, mis-description or statutory rights, we will cover the cost of return (or arrange a collection).

    • For returns due to change-of-mind (if we allow it), the customer will bear return shipping costs.

  5. Restocking / Administration Fees
    A restocking/admin fee of 20% may apply for authorized returns due to change-of-mind. However, such fees do not apply where law guarantees a full refund (defective, mis-description, cooling-off).

  6. How to Request a Return
    To initiate a return, contact our customer service within the prescribed timeframe, quoting your order number and reason. We will advise on instructions for returning the goods.
