SHIPPING

WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?

We charge a flat fee of R180.00 for delivery anywhere in South Africa.  If your purchase exceeds R1700.00, your shipping is free

HOW LONG AFTER ORDERING IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We typically ship all orders within 3-5 business days. 

WHICH CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship all items with The Courier Guy or DPD Laser.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Deliveries can be expected in 3 - 5 days, depending on your location. 

DO YOU SHIP TO THE USA?

Yes, we do. All orders are shipped via UPS Economy Consolidation and are delivered within 10-14 business days. We have an express option available with delivery in 3-5 business days at an additional cost.

A new duty tariff on all items imported from South Africa is now in effect. Good news! All our product prices already include customs tariffs and taxes, so there are no extra charges for you.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship to most international destinations via FedEx. If your country is not listed, please let us know so we can include it.

Please email us: info@2od.co.za, quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are accepted as long as your order has not shipped. If your order has shipped please refer to our Terms and Conditions regarding returns.

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED / INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it.

PLEASE NOTE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSABLE FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS.

MY ITEM LOOKS DIFFERENT TO THE ONLINE LISTING

This is a very rare occurrence. We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products, though some listings make use of life-like renderings instead of photos to show how the item will look.

If under the rare instance you have received an item that is showing a defect, please take a few photos and send them to our support team info@2od.co.za for review, along with your order ID.

How are your reviews verified?
We only publish reviews from verified orders submited via REVIEWS.io. Customers can upload photos and we tag reviews as 'Verified buyer' when the purchase can be validated.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping costs, estimated delivery and any duties are displayed at checkout. Free shipping applies within South Africa on eligible orders.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused blankets in original condition. Custom or personalised orders may have different terms — see our returns page for details.
How should I care for my blanket?
Each blanket includes a care card. In general, gentle machine wash cold or hand wash and lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and tumble-drying to protect fibres and colours.
Are your blankets authentic Basotho?
Our Basotho Heritage collection respects traditional patterns and materials. Each blanket is curated — we are a distributor and proudly feature authentic designs and crafted pieces.
