7. Order Processing & Delivery
Orders are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed. All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Deliveries are made only within South Africa and to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address details are accurate—incorrect information may cause delays or incur additional costs.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of non-delivery, the buyer will be refunded in full without interest or additional compensation.
8. Payment Options and Security
Payments are securely processed through Pay Fast. All credit card and personal information are encrypted according to international standards.
The merchant does not have access to your full credit card details. Peach Payments continually enhances its security to protect your data.
9. Ownership of Goods
All goods remain the property of Africa Blanket until paid for in full, including all related costs and taxes. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to reclaim the goods at the buyer’s expense.
10. Complaints and Warranty
If you receive an item that appears damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Hidden faults must be reported within 3 days of discovery.
Our warranty covers manufacturing faults only. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Refunds and Returns
Prior authorisation must be obtained before returning any goods. No unauthorised returns will be accepted.
Only items with manufacturing defects will be authorised for refund. Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable.
Items accepted for return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A 20% restocking and administration fee applies to authorised returns.
No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after five (5) days of receipt.
Please note: Product colours may vary slightly from website images due to lighting, manufacturing, or screen differences. Such variations do not qualify as product flaws.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, or shortages of materials.

By opting into our Text Messaging Programme, you agree to receive marketing messages from Africa Blanket. Message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP.
Messages are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for delays, errors, or interruptions in message delivery.
